Return Policy

We want to make everyone happy with every Azure purchase; if you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied. We would therefore appreciate it if you email us at info@azurewears.com about how we can improve our services.

Just as there are rules for every game, our returns policy also has rules. To exchange or return your Azure purchase, these are the following:

• The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.
• We can only take back products that are in their original condition and in unopened packaging. Unfortunately, once a product has been opened or used, we cannot take it back.
• The sender is always responsible for the shipment. That is why we recommend that you provide your package with a track and trace code so that there is certainty for both of us.
• As soon as we have received the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
